As far as trying to buy any land in the bahamas is concered its all a scam! I
bought a lot in rainbow bay only to find a native living on it. Trying to find
a lawyer or surveyor to help you is impossiable. Meanwhile the home owners
association keeps billing me for the fees. Stay away from the Bahamas and
there crooked goverment!
