: We purchased property (A Lot) in 1973. We were told that the area would be
: developed and
response to lucaya estates . I too have property in free port lucaya estates . I purchased with
another lot in S.Bimini bahamas . I flew over last year. An the area is nice and they are building a
college in the area. The problem is the deed and paper work. I been buying and selling property in
S.Bimini Bahamas for 20 years and have a vaction home there over21 years. This subdivion is port
royal south Bimini . When u buy in the Bahamas you have to use a BahamIan Laywer and it is
costly and I went through half a dozen to find a good one. Lucaya may develope in the next five to
ten years . It all depends on who in goverment at the time and if the start Dev . And you don't
know where your lot is . U have a good chance a native will move on it. And take it . If you go to
sell it use one of the largest realities in the Bahamas like Christies or caldwells in Nassau
Bahamas. Title Search is $350.00 in the bahamas . The first start to making sure that your not the
only one one deed or most important back Deeds. I love south Bimini port royale and the Dev is 95
% american that watch over each others homes . Pauline
if a boater ck out web for Bimini boat locks

property in Bimini go from $25,000 a lot to $500,000 yes half
mil in six yes in the hay day.
