We purchased property (A Lot) in 1973. We were told that the area would be
developed and "curb, streets and electricity" would be in in 5 years. We
received a letter in 1998, stating that the improvements "in Lucayan Glen as
described in the property documentation include driveable surface roads and
primary electricity" have been completed. It doesn't sound like development
has taken place at all in this area. Sounds like they were not telling the
truth about the development to those of us that in the 70's. We would have
not purchased the land if we did not think it was not going to be deveoped.
