Any rumors that Bahama Sound #3 will ever be developed? My parent purchased
the land over 40 years ago and I'm in the process of putting the lots in my
name. In talking to a local real estate agent, the land is still classified
as inaccessable island property. No roads, power, water or hope. Was section
#3 part of a nuclear test range or is it just a crappy piece of property? I
bought land in West Virginia that doubled in value in two years. Forty years
of nothing is sad!! Guess it's too much to hope that Bahama Acres will ever
put in some roads, as is shown on the plat. Are those characters still in
business in Exuma? Appreciate any info you can provide. Thanks! Pat
