My real estate broker has around 15 or 16 people looking for land in the L.E.
These are locals buying for long term investment for their grandchildren. The
attorney I am using is very, very reasonable. This is NOT a scam. My parents
also bought this property back in the 60s. I've been there to the property. No
activity in this area and doesn't look like there ever will be. Only a local
would want it. The only scam is the maintanence fees - nothing's maintained.
So far, they are still getting away with it although the realtors and
government officials know it's a scam.
