The area is fantastic! I can meet you there and show you around with a little
notice. We are asking $1.2m for the project, we are all set to start the
developing and have most the the legwork completed -plats, house plans,
paperwork with the Investment Bd, etc. due to an investors health issues, we
are needing to put our plans on hold and decided that we would offer this
