Is there anyone that owns property here that can give me some insight on the
island? Where on the island is better or more profitable to own for rentals? We
have had problems finding financing, since we cannot find a banking institution
in Georgia that will do it and bahamas will only finance 50% of the total.
Options that anyone knows of? Also, anything that we need to be careful of or
realtors that are more reputable than others? We have spoken with a few by
email, but most seem very vague and not wanting to provide much information
about property names, location, etc. WIERD!!!!
