Hello Arthur!
Thank you very much for your reply. I agree that we should develop a
group of buyers. Please let me know how things go at the office tomorrow. We
are planning a trip to the island in late August to check on the progress, but
I was planning to take a sabattical the second half of next year and am afraid
I may be premature! We'll see.
Thanks again,
Ginger Flesher
: Hi, my name is Arthur Marrero.
:
: Your question tells me that you are concerned about the success of this
: development. So am I. I am also a purchaser in phase 1B. I am slated to
: close by the middle of next year. It would be a good idea to form a group
: consisting of buyers. If there are any future problems, we have more clout
: with the Bahamian government than if we stand alone.
:
: The development sounds great and if all goes well, our investment will seem
: petty in the future.
:
: Regarding closings, I will be visiting their office tomorrow and will obtain
: more info. If you are interested in my continuing to communicate with you,
: send me an email directly to ovhomes@bellsouth.net

:
: : Has anyone had settlement yet at the Bimini Bay Development??? I know that
: the
: : first closings were slated for April! I would like to know about the
progress
: : of the resort. Our settlement is scheduled for Jan. 30th next year and I'd
: like
: : to know if it will be even close to on schedule. Any recent info or pics
: would
: : be greatly appreciated! Ginger
