We have been quitely monitoring the development. It is at a stage where-by
we, as a marine transporation company are exploring putting in a luxury
cruise/casino ferry vessel to provide water transportation back and forth from
Miami.

This service would also allow for owners to carry larger cargos with them that
would be prohibitive via air and much cheaper.

If anybody thinks this service would be an added attraction to the property
