I just came back from the Miami International Boat Show where I talked to a
salesperson about the resort. She showed me many pictures of the progress and
they seem to be on time with delivery of the first homes. I have frequented
Bimini during the summer for fishing tournaments and have always wished that
someone cleaned up and developed the island. I know that this is only on the
northern part, but it is a start.

Did you go forward with your purchase after reviewing the contract with the
attorney? Any information would be appreciated.
