I agree with you 100%. But instead of putting them down why don't you take what you and heard and turn it into an oppotunity to make some money. Being from Brooklyn you come probably send them some mixed tapes or CD's. Or better yet you could apply for a job and make it a season thing. You know every time you go bring your music and ask if you could do a guest DJ type thing. You know what I'm sayin'? use it to your advantage. Put up or shut up. Show 'em some love. Help the brothers out.
For real though, think about it. It makes alot of sense to me.
