Well, you could apply for a shop license on Frederick Street and then take your
license to a bank...Royal Bank or Bank of the The Bahamas and open a business
account and apply for a merchant account at the same time. They will issue you
with a credit card machine and you can process the orders manually via email or
over the phone. Its cumbersome but thats what we have for now.

It is my understanding however, that one can have a paypal account without a US
account but your funds would sit in a paypal account until you paid something
with the funds. 2CO.com....I am certain but not 100% that they did business
internationally and would transfer funds for fee to an account anywhere. What
gave you they impression they are only interested in US Based businesses.See
