Just got back from a wonderful week at the Ritz-and got all the info on the
Grand Villa we are selling, as contract was a bit confusing. It is located in
the Coral Suites- Lease is for the full 40 years- Equity transfer is $28,000-
it can be downgraded to one of the new units with the Bahama rooms. Our price
is $10,000 so this would be a cheap way to get into the new units
