Island Seas, hands down. Coral Beach is better located physically (about a 20
minute walk from the Port Lucaya Marketplace), but they have serious internal
ownership vs Board issues that have, in the past, impacted some visitors (no
electricity). They have also had no beach bar/grill for over a year with no
end date for when they may have it reopened (the "owner" of the business has
them in court).
