Subject: Old and New GBI Forums

This post is to provide information on a popular Grand Bahama Island tourism
forum that appears to have “disappeared” to many who visited it. That is not
the case. For reasons only the GBI Tourism Board can understand they have
broken the old link from their site to the forum, which used to be at
www.grand-bahama.com. That link now takes you directly to the home page of
the tourism vacation board with no link to the forum. However, I have been
assured by the owners of the site that the board lives on. Anyone that has
not been able to find the site can get there by using the following URL:
http://www.geographia.com/cgi-bin2/grandbahamanews/discus.pl?pg=topics

Just in case the board does eventually shut down there is another board I’ve
created at: http://s3.excoboard.com/exco/index.php?boardid=8633 You will
need to register before you can log in but it’s an automated process that is
very quick. Many of the posters at the “old” board are now registered there.
