Yes, Flamingo Bay and its sister resorts, Ritz Beach, have recovered fully from
the huricanes.
Most of the night life and activities are at Port Lucaya marketplace. flamingo
has a boat shuttle that runs hourly to the marketplace.
the cost of the shuttle is $5/person round trip, but it stops running at 11PM
nightly.
You might want to rent a car. with several of you, the car would be cheaper
than the shuttle.
