I, like many, was left/inherited a lot in Lucaya Estates. I was told in order
to sell this lot, that the deed would have to be in my name. As it is
presently in my deceased mother's name, I was informed that I would have to
get a Bahamian lawyer to redeed this property before it could be sold. Does
anyone know is this is true?
