I also have some information for you which is as follows.
If I discover ANY slanderous REMARKS ABOUT THIS LAW FIRM GENERATED FROM YOUR
POST or indeed any repercussions from your recent post I shall certainly issue
a Writ of Summons against you in the Supreme Court of the Bahamas for damages
for slander and/or defamation.
Persons in the United States who assume that they are BEYOND the jurisdiction
would be well advised to study their position carefully, which is that we
signed a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty with the US since 1997,and State
Dept. attorneys work on our behalf free of charge.

It is a very simple matter to trace your whereabouts and were I to file such a
Writ, it would operate as a Lien against your property here in this
country.Should you not own property here I can certainly enlist the assistance
of the US Embassy in identifying you and locating you, again pro bono.

You would be well advised to tread very carefully in posting my name
worldwide, for I do not suffer fools gladly and any American who thinks he is
immune from the Law had better wise up.
Were I to discover that you actually own property here ,then any Court Order
or Order 14 Summons ,undefended, would operate as a Lien against your property
immediately enforceable by Court ordered sale thereof.

I have by copy of this letter/email advised "surfer girl" of my intention to
commence proceedings against her in the Bahamas Courts unless she retracts her
statement forthwith and she has 3 days in which to do so.
