Give them a chance!!!! From my near experience and many before I would think
that exuma builders have had more than enough chances. If there are
any 'honest' builders and Im sure there must be some...I and many others have
yet to meet them....the fact remains there are more persons disasatified than
happy with their build experiences in exuma and thankfully, I managed to be one
of the 'lucky' ones who didnt get stung and pulled out of my project. I also
failed to find one single builder prepared to show me his written professional
qualifications.....till someone told me they dont have any!!! Sorry but my
advise would be to think once, think twice, then build elsewhere! Sit in bars
and ask the ones there who have built, you'll soon get the picture.
