Message:

This is a very strong warning to anyone comtemplating building a home in
Exuma DONT. You will be ripped off big time especially by guys called the
grays and theres an english guy there now called Paul who is claiming to be a
saviour for foreign self builders. By all means build in the bahamas but steer
clear of exuma!!!! Ive just come from there hoping to build and frankly Im
heeding this same advise.
