Hello again,
For those of you who enquired about building in the Bahamas, I will be going
to the Bahamas, to survey the land and take pictures from plots on Exuma.
This will be in preperation for building STAND ALONE homes.
I am a property developer, i am just finishing my Msc in Architecture:
advanced environmental and energy studies.
This will enable me to design and build homes that are OFF THE GRID.
And as many plots on the Islands have no services, i am sure alternative
energy will be the only option.
So if anyone needs to know more, Let me know.
Ps. so far i have 8 villas to develope, starting next year.
