Can
: you tell me what there is to do on Long Island?
Haven't stayed there but didn't choose to stay there during the summer months
due to no air-conditioning. Any other time would probably be fine. Long
Island is a quiet island. If you like to explore deserted beaches, snorkel,
scuba dive or fish there is plenty to do. We love it there. Depending on how
many in your party you might want to check out Duho Inn where we stayed. On
its own private beach and a newer home. I believe you can find their rental
info on a1vacation rentals. It is a duplex home that can be rented for one or
both sides. It is about five minutes from Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort which
has the best dining on the island. The Duho Inn was perfect for us. If you
contact the owner, Hammond, tell him we sent you. He is a very nice man and
has some good friends that live on Long that will look out for you.
We have been to Nassau, Eleuthera, and Cat and Long is our favorite, mostly
due to the incredibly friendly people there.
If you have questions let me know. Always happy to help.
