I VE BEEN CHEF FOR 13 YEARS IN MY LIFE BUT i AM ALSO IN LOVE WITH DANCING
TEACHING I AM FROM FRANCE AND I AM LIVING IN IRLAND AND I GIVE UP COOKING TO
TEACH DANCING CLASS SALSA AND HIP-HOP AND I DO PRIVAT COOKING BECAUSE i
COULDNT FIND A PROPE JOB AS CHEF i AM TO OVER QUALIFIE AND IF YOU WANT TO GIVE
THIS CHANCE AND OPPORTUNITY i WILL SHOW YOU HOW MUCH i LOVE COOKING IT ON MY
BLOOD MY FAVORITE STARTED DISH WILL BE ; salmon tartare with bloody-mary
dressing garnish with boiled crayfish MAIN COURSE WILL BE ;breast of chicken
filled with pepper mousse on quenelle of apple and freench mustard and dress
with cidre mascarponne jus
OR AS FISH IT WILL BE OF COURSE lobster thermidor flambe served with pilaf
rice AS DESSERT TO SWEET YOUR TONGUE IT WILL be

MY FAVORITE DESSERT FROM YOUR BEAUTIFULL COUNTRY ;Walnut Chocolate Brownies
served with a beautifull Cappucino ice cream and dressed with brandy toffee
sauce.
AS MUCH I LOVE COOKING DANCING DRUMMER THAT WILL BE THE SAME FEELING I HAVE TO
PLEASE ANY BODY AROUND ME NOTHING ITS MUCH INTERESTING TO HAVE A NICE MEAL
