we may be selling a piece of land in freeport. we are from the usa. could
anyone steer me toward finding out the closing cost related with this. when we
bought the property ten yrs. ago we as the buyer paid all the tax stamps. does
anyone know who pays what??? what does the buyer pay??? what does the seller
pay?? and what are the taxes and closing costs other than atty. fees??? thanks.
