Subject: Help we need to get an appraisal on property

Message:

We need to get an appraisal on property before we can go to the next step in
selling some property. There are no appraisers on San Salvador and from what
we can find out, we would have to fly someone from Nassau over, pay for the
overnight, food and transportation to get to the property, plus the cost of the
appraisal itself. Help! We are looking for suggestions. Certainly
other 'family islanders' have had to do this too!
