Yep! The black list does work. However, are you certain you are on the black
list and will not be allowed re-entry. Did you have an attorney here look at
it. There are ways to work it out and you may be elligible to have your name
removed.

There are always legal avenues and they are the best to seek first. With the
change in policy i.e. having a Passport to re-enter the U.S. it will be much
more difficult to beat the system here.
