Standard Policy: A deposit of $50 per adult is due within 7 days of booking. Balance is due 25 days prior to arrival. Charges will appear on you credit card within 7 days of booking and will be charged by Atlantis Resort a Sun International property. If paying by check mail 14 days prior to due date. Mail to Atlantis, 1415 East Sunrise Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33304. Be sure to include booking number on check. To receive a full refund cancellations must be made no later than 3PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations made less than 30 days to arrival are subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are subject to 2 nights room charge. Early departures will forfeit the last night's deposit. No-Shows forfeit entire payment. All confirmed reservations are subject to credit card approval. Revision and cancellation penalties apply. Rates are subject to change until paid in full. Once your package is paid in full, your package price is guaranteed against any price increase, except Government tax/ airline surcharges increases. Your reservation will be cancelled if your deposit or final payments are not received by the Atlantis Resort. The Bahamas Government Departure tax of $15 per person is not included and must be paid in cash at the airport upon departure. Meals can be added to any vacation package, there are two types of plans. Modified American Plan (MAP), $55 adult, $31 child (5-11 years), per person per night, includes breakfast and dinner at their choice of 5 restaurants. This plan can be added at check in. The Gourmet plan , $79 adult, $41 child (5-11 years). per person per night, Includes breakfast at any one of 5 restaurants and dinner at their choice of 11 restaurants as well as a larger food budget. This plan must be added at time of booking. Not included in both meal plans are alcoholic beverages and 15% gratuity. All persons in the same room must have the same meal plan. Children under 5 years old eat free of the same plan as paying adult. Food in the Bahamas is approximately 40% higher that in the US. *Other terms and conditions may exist not listed herein.
